As you know, Pope Francis has called a General Synod for the whole church in 2023. In preparation for the Universal Synod each country will have a national synod and in preparation for that, each diocese will have diocesan synod.

Preparations have begun for our national and diocesan synods. As part of those preparations we are looking for a local animator in each of the 6 churches across the Parish Grouping.

We are looking for someone who can generously donate time to this once in a life time event between now and next June.

It will entail approximately 4 hours of training, with ongoing support and with resources being made available to you, as well organising  assemblies of one hour.
