Update on the Celebration of Baptism

St. Michael’s Church Athy & St. Mary’s Church, Barrowhouse

We are delighted to announce that with the easing of restrictions that the celebration of the Sacrament of Baptism will resume in our parish from the 5th of July. Baptisms will take place in St. Michael’s Church each Saturday at 4:00pm and Sunday at 2:30pm beginning on the 10th of July. Families who had previously booked a Baptism but was postponed due to lockdown will be contacted by the parish office next week to confirm at new date. For those wishing to book a Baptism, the parish office will be taking new bookings from Wednesday 16th June. Please note that postponed Baptisms will take place first.

For those who wish to have their child Baptised in Barrowhouse, please contact the Parish Office to organised a date for your child’s baptism.
